The primary goal of Qwest Residential Services is to provide community
based services to Hoosiers giving them the necessary training skill sets
to achieve community stability, improve family dynamics, and increase
functional and therapeutic interpersonal relations between family
members in the home.
Clients and Families will be assigned to the most appropriate direct care staff after completing an initial assessment. All services are individual based services, according to the ISP. Service may take place in consumer’s home, at our office or any other community setting.
